helpful staff convenient station comfortable bed
the staff was helpful. the bus station to the airport is nearby. it is easy to access. the room is big so it is perfect to stay and work. the bed was comfortable and i had a perfect night's sleep.
my room faced the fire station so almost every night and early morning, siren sounds would wake us up. room corners were dusty and rubbish was not picked up. i guess they did not vacuum .

the hotel is close to the tuen mun station. it is also a short walk to the bus terminal. you can easily take the bus to the airport from there. it is a convenient spot for travellers.

the room has space at the doorway. this leads to the room on the right. this is perfect for unloading baggages and keeping your stuff out of your vision. there is also a multi-functional desk available.

the room had space near the door. it was useful for bag storage and keeping things out of the way. the water station on each floor was nice. it had a large bottle for cool water and a fridge too.
the room have only one chair available.

A mixed bag of experiences
dusty lampshades noisy air conditioner
The cleanliness of the room NEEDED improvement. I found dusty lampshades and a rusty fire extinguisher in the bathroom. Dust and trash were under the bed. This included tissues and other debris. the air conditioner was excessively cold and noisy. It was difficult to sleep comfortably. It seemed like being in a refrigerator with a loud aircraft nearby.

clean room clean towels mtr location friendly staff
the room had a functional kettle and fridge. the room was cleaned daily and included clean towels plus slippers. the location was close to the mtr. friendly staff manned the desk late at night.
the common areas were too dark for me. the dim lighting in the corridor was a bit scary. there was no closet in the room. there was only one chair.

spacious room friendly staff speedy check-in convenient location
the room was spacious (i booked the penta plus room). i found the staff friendly and check-in was speedy. the hotel is located near the mtr tuen mun station. it also has a bus station beneath it.
i found the lighting in the common areas a bit too dim.

the reception staff were helpful. the front desk was manned even into the early hours, in case i needed assistance. staff efficiently allocated rooms to guests.

Excellent stay near the airport
organized luggage space intuitive room layout functional desk hydration station
The room had space near the doorway, useful for keeping luggage organized. The room layout was intuitive and spacious. Charging facilities and a multi-functional desk were very useful. The hydration station on each floor provided cool water with a large transparent bottle and a fridge.
The surroundings are near an industrial zone, and the adjacent residential area seems low-end, it's a little bit of a contrast.

A famous noodle shop is located right next to the location, providing an easy option for local cuisine. the nearby V-city mall and San Hui market offer a variety of dining choices.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially regarding early check-in. Housekeeping staff, such as Chi Kin, were very helpful during my almost 2-week stay, providing efficient service. I appreciate this prompt response.

The air conditioner was just too much. IT was like i was in a fridge WITH a REALLY LOUD plane above. we got a room on the third floor. It is the gym floor so it is a public space. It felt not so safe!
